You will be responsible for:

• Answering the phones promptly and professionally.
• Correctly invoicing parts to customers using the appropriate discounts, freight charges, and method of payment.
• Initiating machine down, customer fill-in orders, and placing customer orders for vendor lines.
• Stocking of the display floor using proper merchandising techniques.
• Assisting in putting away daily stock orders and pulling transfers.
• Providing backup support to other employees within the department.

• Knowing proper shipping procedures for transportation of dangerous goods. 
• Taking inventory, maintaining storage area, organizing, and placing stock on shelves. 
• Ensuring the area is secure at all times.
