Receptionist - Blairsville, GA

We are looking to grow our team with a full-time Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Offering administrative support across the organization. 
  • Welcome customers and greet people who visit the business. 
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. 

Things that would make you the perfect fit for this position: 

  • A pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
  • Ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. 
  • Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes customers positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. 

Pay based on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and Saturday 8 am-12 pm

Accounting Associate - Blairsville, GA

Pay:

$16-$20 an hour – Full Time

As an Entry-Level Accounting Associate at Nelson Tractor Company, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records. This position is ideal for someone beginning their career or continuing a career in accounting who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will assist with routine accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger support.

This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and offers a pathway for professional development and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and daily transaction processing (AP/AR)
  • Reconcile vendor statements and financial records
  • Support monthly closings and journal entry preparation
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with upper-level management and other departments as needed
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
